SHIPPING & RETURN POLICY
Where do you ship to?
We only ship to addresses in Australia and New Zealand. For deliveries to outlying territories in these two countries, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
What is the currency used in your shop?
All prices in the Bellabaci shop are quoted in Australian dollar.
How much does the shipping cost?
Australia: Standard shipping fee to metropolitan postcodes is $9.95 and $15.95 to regional ones. Shipping is free for any order of $99 or more.
New Zealand: Standard shipping fee is $15.95. Free for any order of $105 or more.
Shipping cost is calculated automatically in the shopping cart when the postcode is entered.
How long will my order arrive?
Your order will be processed within two business days and shipped out from our warehouse in Sydney. We use Sendle to deliver your order which normally takes 2-4 business days to metropolitan areas and up to seven days to remote areas, Western Australia and New Zealand.
Delivery time frame can vary over public holiday periods due to overwhelming demand on delivery services. Please expect delays on estimated delivery times.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link where you can enter the tracking number to find out the delivery status of your order.
What happens if I entered a wrong shipping address?
Please ensure the correct address with post code is entered. If you are at an office building, please add your company name for a more efficient delivery. If you find out that you have entered a wrong shipping address, please contact us immediately and we will try our best to correct the information manually for you. Unfortunately, once your order has been processed we cannot change any order information.
When your order cannot be dispatched, the courier will return the package to us. We will cover the ‘return to sender’ fee charged by the courier, but we will request a flat rate of $7.95 (within Australia) or $15.95 (within New Zealand) to resend your package.
Do you accept back orders?
When an item is sold out sometimes back orders can be accepted. It will be marked as “Available on backorder” on its product page.
What is the shipping policy for back orders?
All items that are purchased within the same order will be shipped out along with the backordered item(s). That is, we will wait until the backordered item is available before we ship out the order to you.
Can I combine two orders to get a free shipping or a refund of one shipping charge?
Due to the nature of e-commerce store, all orders are processed individually through the system to allow an efficient delivery. Once an order has been processed through our system, we are unable to make any changes or provide shipping refunds.
Under what conditions can I return my purchased items?
We only accept returns of purchased items if:
(1) you receive items which are damaged/defective on arrival or are incorrectly supplied; OR
(2) the reasons for return fall within ACCC Consumer Guarantee guidelines.
In this case, you must notify us at email@example.com within seven (7) days of the receipt of your items, with an explanation for the return and photographic evidence of the items in questions, including the packaging. Please allow up to 14 days for processing your case. All original packaging must be kept for the return. please DO NOT return the items until an authorization to return and instructions are issued by Bellabaci Australia. We may offer a refund, exchange, replacement or store credit whichever is deemed appropriate.
When a store credit is offered, you have up to 30 days to use on our online shop.
Unfortunately, we do not accept return of purchased items due to change of mind.
Please note that unreasonable and excessive returns may be declined at our discretion.
